Souffront Contractors Inc. (“Souffront,” “we,” “us”) is a licensed seawall, marine, and structural contractor serving Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Monroe counties, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through our websites (souffrontcontractors.com, souffrontstructural.com, and seawallinspectionpro.com), our phone line, and our business systems, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a contact, estimate, or scheduling form, or call us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and the details you share about your project.
Information collected automatically. Our websites record standard technical data such as pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location, and the page or ad that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this.
Advertising identifiers. If you arrive from a Google ad, we keep the ad click identifier (for example a gclid) in a cookie for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads produced a request for service.

How we use information

To respond to your request, schedule an inspection, and prepare estimates, reports, and contracts.
To perform and manage the work you hire us for, including permitting and billing.
To measure how our websites and advertising perform and to improve them.
To meet legal, licensing, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to build profiles for third parties.

Service providers

We share information only with providers that help us run the business, and only as needed for that purpose. These include our customer relationship management and messaging platform (GoHighLevel), website hosting, email delivery, accounting software, and analytics and advertising measurement tools from Google. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Google services and Google user data

We use Google services (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google APIs) for our own business operations, including measuring advertising and publishing our own content. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not collect Google account data from website visitors, and we do not sell or share Google user data with third parties.

Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the website, such as forms, may not work correctly if cookies are disabled. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

How long we keep information

We keep project and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax, and professional recordkeeping requirements. Inquiry records that do not become projects are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our services are for property owners and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices
